Do you know that dust mites are rampant in every home today? These are small microscopic anthropoids that give allergic reactions to anyone. These are not visible and have an average size of 250 to 300 microns. They love to stay in warm and humid places which are mostly in furniture like beds, mattresses and couches. What's annoying is that they chew dead skin of human.   These dust mites have proteins which can be found from dust mite droppings. These produce allergic reaction to many people. It is not easy to eliminate them. However, there are many steps to observe to reduce your exposure to the dust mite. Thus, you have to keep its nuisance away from your home.   1. Cover you mattress, box spring and pillows with dust mite proof coverings. 2. Wash your bed linens one time every week in hot water. 3. Vacuum often but make sure that all allergic persons are not inside the house. 4. Clean any stuff toys and try to limit the number of these for display. 5. Use vinyl or wood tile for flooring and replace the carpets. Carpets can be the home of dust mites too. 6. Use damp cloth to dust the furniture and fixture so that there will be no dust that is spread.   Following these steps will surely make your home a clean and fresh looking place to live in. This will surely leave the micro bugs away from your house which ultimately keep your family healthy and happy.
