How would you like to work in an office that is so untidy and disorganized? I'm sure you would not contain to stay in this place even for few minutes of your time. On the other hand, the opposite of this type of office would be pleasing for any employees to work with.
 
There are many advantages or benefits that a clean office or company can do. First, having organized facilities promote positive values among the workers.  This group of staff will be motivated to the best of their services.  The end result would be more business opportunities.
 
Spending few minutes of your time cleaning your work area would be a big help.  Just make sure that your table is cleared with all those clutters.  You may use organizer shelves for your stuffs like documents and other papers.  If you do this, upon entering the next morning you will be welcomed with a prepared work environment.
 
Office janitors and maintenance staff play very important role in keeping the office all set.  But, when it comes to arranging your stuffs, it would be better if you do this personally. In all practicality only you who can find what you need for.
