Move Out Tips that Could Save You A Lot of Money

Everybody despises relocation not only because it is stressful, it is expensive too. While it is exciting to move into a nicer, cheaper apartment, you should make sure everything is properly planned and ready before moving. The last thing you want is being charged for cleaning fees because you did not leave the unit in a move-in condition. So here's what you can do:
It all starts with a good list
Make your own cleaning checklist or download one from the internet. This will serve as your guide in your move out cleaning task.
Gather cleaning tools and keep them handy
Think about the tools and solutions you might use for the cleaning. Instead of packing them in a box, put them together in pail. Consider borrowing vacuums, mops and window cleaners for a more efficient work.
Wait till its empty
On moving day, be sure to spare some time to clean after you have moved out all your stuff. It is easier to clean every nook and corner when there are no obstructions.
Follow the top-to-bottom rule
Begin cleaning high areas first - the ceiling, walls, appliances then the floor. There is no use to mopping the floor spotless if you will be brushing off the cobwebs and dust from the ceiling afterwards.
